Distributed with 3 bedrooms (1 double, one with a bunk bed and an extra bed and another with 2 beds), 2 full bathrooms, separate kitchen with pantry and living room with access to the porch where you can enjoy the barbecue and laundry room with large terrace on the first floor.

Rooms: A room with a double bed (150 x 190), a room with a bunk bed (80 x 190) and an extra bed (90 x 190), another room with two beds (80 x 190), wardrobes and hangers, blankets and sheets (change every 5 days).

Kitchen: Ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric juicer.

Dining room: 3-seater sofa + 2-seater sofa, side table, dining table + 6 chairs, TV, air conditioning, exit to the main porch.

Bathroom: Shower, bath towels (changed every 5 days), toilet, hand sink, bidet.

Laundry room: located on the first floor, washing machine, laundry sink, terrace, 2 sun loungers, clothesline.

Porch: Table, 6 chairs, barbecue, sink, clothesline.
