Catalan villa located on the ground floor with access by 3 steps, for up to 5 people. Distributed with 2 bedrooms (1 double and another with bunk beds and an extra bed), 1 complete bathroom and a toilet, small laundry room, open-plan kitchen and living-dining room with access to the porch where you can enjoy the barbecue.
Bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed (150 x 190), another bedroom with bunk bed (90 x 190) and an extra bed (90 x 190), wardrobes and hangers, blankets and sheets (changed every 5 days).
Kitchen: Ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, electric iron, electric juice squeezer.
Dining room: 3-seater sofa, side table, dining table + 4 chairs, TV, air conditioning, exit to main porch.
Bathroom: Shower, bath towels (change every 5 days), wc, hand cleaner. Toilet: Wc, hand wash basin.
Laundry room: Washing machine, laundry sink, drying rack.
Porch: Table, 6 chairs, barbecue, sink.
