PITCHES: All pitches are single-family (parents+children), delimited and organized, so that your camp equipment and car can fit in. Please make sure that the pitch is big enough before taking it. Clients are not allowed to change their pitch without previous authorisation from reception. It is completely forbidden the use of ropes & nails on trees as well as sunshades.
WATER SUPPLY: The water is NOT drinkable on the campsite. There are drinking water fountains in different areas of the campsite.

VEHICLES: The speed limit on the Campsite is 10 km/h. Vehicles can not circulate inside the campsite from 24h. until 7 am. The barriers will be closed and cars should be parked at the visitors parking lot.
DOGS: Our campsite is a pet-friendly place, nevertheless your pet should always be in your pitch and leashed. However it is not allowed to enter dangerous breed dogs.
RUBBISH: Should be placed in plastic bags and thrown in the special containers.
TV & RADIO DEVICES: If you have any TV or radio device should always be into your caravan, tent or camper, and controlling Its volume in order to keep the stillness of our campsite.
SILENCE: As our Campsite is a family one, we rely on your respect and colaboration for keeping the silence during night time, specially between 24:00 and 07:00 a.m..
PAYMENT: We suggest our clients who want an early morning departure, to ask for their bill the day before at the below reception desk (open 9-13h. / 17-20h.)
VISITORS: Due to campsite capacity, visitors are not allowed during HIGH SEASON, and only relatives can visit the clients of the campsite in LOW SEASON, leaving a personal document in the reception and paying the visitor’s fare per person and vehicle. Visitors vehicles should be parked at visitor’s parking, which is located at the entrance of the campsite.
ENVIRONMENT: Our campsite is a botanical garden For that reason, it is very important to respect them by not cutting nor causing them any damage.
